In the Recruitment Division, FOCUS has established the recruitment and placement activities in the Maritime, Hotel and IT Industries.

All data collection from the aforementioned collaboration are placed in FOCUS Recruitment Database System which serves as a "Link & Match" medium for employers seeking qualified employment candidates and jobseekers on a mission for other jobs opportunities by locally and internationally in the Maritime, Hotel and IT Industries. The Recruitment Database System is linked to FOCUS' Internet System in an interactive way so as to ease data retrieval and collection at the same time.
